Rules, Terms, Policies, & Protocols

Vinci STEAM Educations (Vinci) collaborates closely with the non-profit organization ISTEAM ACADEMY INC (iSTEAM). While both entities maintain their individual identities, they operate under shared principles and guidelines. Any rules and agreements set forth by iSTEAM are also embraced by Vinci STEAM Educations.

All subsequent regulations and policies are applicable to the students, parents, staff, volunteers, participants, and visitors engaged in any of the classes, programs, and associated activities or events under the Vinci umbrella, whether held internally or externally. Non-compliance may lead to removal from the respective class, program, or facility. Legal actions may be pursued by Vinci against those who violate the stipulated rules.

COVID-19 DISINFECTION & PROTECTION PROTOCOLS

 

  1. Vinci will follow the recommended CDC Cleaning and Disinfecting Guidelines.

  2. COVID-19 Disinfection & Protection Protocols came into force on April 1st, 2020, and they will be in effect until further notice.

  3. All students, teachers, staff, and visitors (people) are required to wear face masks all the time in the classroom/workshop/office (“workshop”). This helps protect people from the Delta variant and prevents spreading it to others.

  4. Prior to entering the workshop, all people are required to use hand sanitizer to clean up their hands every time they enter from outside to the workshop.

  5. All people should keep reasonable social distancing in the workshop. 

  6. All visitors will be temperature-screened if it’s necessary. Anyone showing signs of COVID-19 or who has a temperature of 100F (37.8 C) or higher, will not be permitted to enter for the safety of all members.

  7. All equipment and surfaces will be routinely cleaned at regular intervals by our staff. We will use  75% ethyl alcohol and disinfecting wipes to clean the facilities, parts, tools, surfaces, computers, switches, knobs, and competition fields weekly. Hand washing is encouraged, and sanitizer pumps are ready for use at cleaning stations throughout the workshop.

  8. No food and drinks are allowed in the workshop unless iSTEAM provides otherwise, E.g. breakroom. 

  9. All visitors and students agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and, contact ISTEAM and its staff immediately if he/she experiences symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating with ISTEAM.

  10. LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS: I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation with ISTEAM, and I willingly engage in ISTEAM classes, programs, events, and/or other activities (the “Activity”).

  11. RELEASE AND WAIVER. I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE ISTEAM AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF  THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISES OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY.

  12. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK. I acknowledge and understand the following:

    1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;

    2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and

    3. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm, and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm, and loss caused by the negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.

  13. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE.  I acknowledge the health risks associated with the Activity, including but not limited to transient dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke, or sudden death.  I agree that if I experience any of these or any other symptoms during the Activity, I will discontinue my participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.  I DO HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER WHICH ARISES OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY FIRST AID, TREATMENT, OR SERVICE RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY.

  14. As a student, participant, volunteer, or attendee, You recognize that your participation, involvement, and/or attendance at any ISTEAM event or activity (“Activity”) is voluntary and may result in personal injury (including death) and/or property damage. By attending, observing, or participating in the Activity, You acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Activity, and You agree that: (a) the Vinci Robotics Academy and ISTEAM ACADEMY INC. (b) the property or site owner of the Activity, and (c) all past, present and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, volunteers, vendors, partners, directors, and officers, of such entities (subsections (a) through (c), collectively, the "Released Parties"), will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death), property damage or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Activity, regardless of any such injuries or losses are caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties (collectively, the "Released Claims").  BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

  1. The student's parent/guardian acknowledge that this Liability and Responsibility Agreement will be used by ISTEAM ACADEMY INC. for the activities in which I, my child(ren), and/or any members of my family, may participate and that it will govern me, my child(ren), and any members of my family’s actions and responsibilities at said activity.

  2. The student's parent/guardian HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF ME, MY CHILD, AND/OR ANY MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES HELD BY ISTEAM ACADEMY INC., including without limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

  3. The student's parent/guardian does hereby waive, release, and discharge ISTEAM ACADEMY INC., the teaching staff, and the administrative staff of ISTEAM ACADEMY INC., of any and all liabilities and claims in case of accidents, sickness, personal injury, or any loss or damage of personal properties to me and/or any members of my family, anytime in the facility and the building, and any other activities sponsored, held, or participated by ISTEAM ACADEMY INC. I agree to take full responsibility for the safety of myself and all members of my family while attending ISTEAM ACADEMY INC. at the facilities of ISTEAM ACADEMY INC. 

  4. The student's parent/guardian agrees to INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO DEMAND OR SUEISTEAM ACADEMY INC., the teaching staff, and the administrative staff of ISTEAM ACADEMY INC. for any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in such activity held by ISTEAM ACADEMY INC., whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. 

  5. The student's parent/guardian agrees to take full responsibility for any damage or loss caused by the student, parent, or by any members of my family to the facilities used by ISTEAM ACADEMY INC. during the use of facilities. 

  6. The student's parent/guardian agrees to take full responsibility for my child(ren) to follow and obey ISTEAM ACADEMY INC. rules and regulations during classes, programs, events, activities, and use of facilities. 

  7. The student's parent/guardian agrees to provide voluntary services to ISTEAM ACADEMY INC. coordinated by administration during ISTEAM ACADEMY INC. classes, programs, activities, and events. 

This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.  

FACILITY USAGE RULES 

  1. Facilities can only be used by Vinci STEAM Educations (Vinci) Students (registered or for-trial), Parents, Customers, teaching staff, and administrative staff. ISTEAM admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at Vinci. 

  2. Facilities can only be used for Vinci’s classes, programs, activities, and/or events. No other use is allowed without permission from Vinci’s administrative staff.

  3. Food and/or drink is only allowed in the places designated by Vinci. No food, drink, gum, or candy is allowed in the workshop at any time. 

  4. No smoking or drinking of alcohol is allowed. 

  5. No firearm, lighter, knife, or other dangerous tools, chemicals are allowed in the facility.

  6. Any non-Vinci-provided parts, tools, and equipment that brought into the facility and use it for purposes of building, processing, combining, applying, or modifying with any Vinci parts, tools, and equipment will be treated as donated items. Vinci has rights to declare the ownership of those parts, tools, or equipment without pay any cost.

  7. No power-tools are allowed to be used without permission from Vinci's administrative staff.

  8. No spray painting in the building, in the parking lot, surrounding areas.  No bringing in or placing undried, smelly sprayed painted parts in the facility. 

  9. Do not remove, rearrange, damage, or take any property, including, but not limited to, robots, parts, tools, furniture, computers, software, data, books, and/or teaching materials. If any properties, such as robots, parts, tools, data, furniture, desks, chairs, books, teaching materials, or computers are removed or moved with the instruction and permission of the teaching staff or administrative staff, all the property shall be returned or placed to their original position after such use.

  10. Any on purpose removing, rearranging, and damaging the property in the facility will require to pay back 80% of the original value.

  11. Do not leave any marks, writing, or drawings on the wall, floor, ceiling, whiteboard, devices, parts, tools, furniture, competition fields, and/or any property of Vinci. Do not erase any existing marks, writing, or drawing on the whiteboard, tools, parts, furniture, and any other properties of Vinci. unless permitted by teaching staff or administrative staff of Vinci. Any vandalism to Vinci’s property is strictly prohibited. 

  12. Do not use, move, or take any supplies, parts, tools, and/or personal belongings from the facility.

  13. Students, Parents, and/or any other Customers shall not enter the Employee-only areas without permission.

  14. No running, chasing, screaming, sports, or fighting is allowed in the facility.

  15. Students, Parents, and/or any other Customers shall leave the facility and building on time as stipulated by Vinci. 

  16. Students, Parents, and/or any other Customers, are responsible for their personal belongings. Vinci is not responsible for any loss and damage to personal items. 

  17. Students, Parents, and/or any other Customers shall be responsible for any loss and/or damages caused by his/her violation of the Facility Usage Rules. 

  18. The hallway and workshop areas are under 24 hours video surveillance for security reasons. No video clips would be shared externally unless for legal purposes.

STUDENTS RULES 

 

  1. Students shall always follow the directions and instructions given by the teaching staff and administrative staff.

  2. Students shall respect teaching staff, coach, administrative staff, parents, and other Students at Vinci at all times.  The student shall be kind and help  other Students and use Vinci’s property in an appropriate manner.

  3. Physical safety is the highest priority at the Vinci. All students are expected to control their actions in the Workshop.

  4. No running, chasing, yelling, sports, and/or fighting is allowed in the Workshop.

  5. On-time attendance is required for all Students.   A written note or verbal notification by student or parent/guardian of Student is required for any absence, early dismissal, or late arrival.  

  6. Students shall always obey and follow the Facilities Usage Rules. 

  7. Students shall not move, touch, or use any tools, parts, devices, equipment, and/or space without permission.

  8. Students shall always be careful with any built robots, pre-build parts, prototypes, and other models that do not belong or possess to their teams or individuals. No touching, operating or using the robots without permission. No disassembling, taking away, sabotaging, or changing any of the built robots, parts, and models that do not belong or possess to their teams or individuals.

  9. All students are expected to keep any equipment owned by them in a safe condition and are responsible for the suitability and condition of that equipment. All Students using Vinci’s equipment shall not use any equipment that appears damaged or unsafe, and to give such equipment to an instructor and staff of Vinci.

  10. Students shall ask for permission and under supervision to touch or use the sharp tools, power tools, hot water, and/or heavy objects.

  11. Students shall not reach objects in high places without any protection or supervision.

  12. Students shall work collaboratively in small or big groups to learn at Vinci or to join the competition teams at Vinci.

  13. Students who join the VEX Robotics Competition teams and events shall follow the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and any other REC Foundation regulations.

  14. Students and Parents are liable for payment of any inappropriate use of the properties by them that cause such damages or loss. 

  15. Students shall keep the classroom and any properties of the workshop clean and neat. No food or drink is allowed in the workshop. 

  16. If students drive, all vehicles must be parked in the parking lot designated by Vinci. Student(s) is liable for any fines, damages, or loss caused by overstay or violation of parking rules of such parking lot or space. Vinci is not responsible for any damage, loss, or fine caused by such a violation.

 

PARENTS REGULATION 

 

  1. Parent(s) shall pick up student(s) on time after the class/activity unless permission is obtained from the administrative staff of Vinci. If a student cannot be picked up by a parent(s) on time, staff members may leave the student(s) alone in the facility. And parents shall take all the risks, responsibilities, and/or loss of student(s) staying alone. All terms and conditions of Liability and Responsibility Agreement signed between Vinci. and Students and/or Parents shall be applied to this period before the Parent picks up the students. 

  2. Student(s), Parent(s), or Customer(s) shall not stay in the facility without staff members are presenting or without staff’s permission. If student(s) and parent(s) are allowed to stay without staff members presenting, parents must always present with the students in the facility, Parents shall take all the risks, responsibilities, and/or loss of staying in the facility without staff members.

  3. Any student(s) or visitor(s) under six (6) years old shall be accompanied by Parent(s) all the times in the facility.

  4. Parent(s) shall not involve or interfere with Vinci's classes, programs, activities, and/or any internal and external events, Please leave space for student(s) to let them learn and grow individually.

  5. Parent(s) shall provide helpful assistance and guide student(s) to follow the STUDENTS RULES.

  6. All vehicles must be parked in the parking lot designated by Vinci. Parent(s) is liable for any fines, damages, or loss caused by overstay or violation of parking rules of such parking lot or space. Vinci is not responsible for any damage, loss, or fine caused by such a violation. 

  7. Parents and/or Students shall notify and obtain approval from Vinci administrative staff prior to holding or having any non-class activities inside and/or outside the building or Vinci facilities. 

  8. Parents shall educate and assist the students to understand and follow Facilities Usage Rules and Student Rules. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Student, of Parent/Guardian of the Student understands and agrees to the following: 

  1. Vinci STEAM Educations. reserves the right to cancel classes, programs, activities, or events due to low enrollment or attendance levels. 

  2. Vinci STEAM Educations. reserves the right to cancel the classes, programs, activities, or events due to the weather, state of emergency, or other safety reason. 

  3. Cancel and refund details are described in the Cancellation Policy of each service/product. Cancellation Policies of different services/products are varied.

  4. A processing fee per student may be charged for any withdrawals of classes, programs, actives, or events by the student and/or parent before the session start. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy in the service/product description.

  5. A thirty-five ($35) Dollar bank processing charge will be imposed for any returned/or bounced payment checks. 

  6. I understand that my or my child(ren)’s participation in the program of Vinci STEAM Educations. involves the risk of personal injury. 

  7. On behalf of my child(ren), spouse/partner, and myself, I hereby release and covenant to hold harmless Vinci STEAM Educations., its agents, contractors, tenants, volunteers, members, officers, directors, and employees of and from any and all actions, claims and damages for personal injuries, emotional distress, disabilities, or death that my child/children or any other family members have or may have sustained as a result of participation in this Program. 

  8. I agree to take full financial responsibility for any damage or loss to the Vinci STEAM Educations. facilities and equipment caused by me, my child(ren), or my family members as a result of the violation of Facilities Usage Rules, Students Rules, and Parents Regulations. 

  9. I agree to take full responsibility to educate my child(ren) and my family members to obey and follow Vinci STEAM Educations. rules, including but not limited to the Facilities Usage Rules, Students Rules, Parents Regulations, Liability and Responsibility Agreement, and Terms & Conditions. 

  10. In case of an accident, injury, or sickness, I agree and authorize Vinci STEAM Educations. to seek emergency medical treatment by a medical facility or physician selected by Vinci STEAM Educations. for my child(ren) at my own expense. 

  11. In the event that I should observe any unsafe personal conduct or unsafe physical condition on the premises of Vinci STEAM Educations., in the facility and the building, I agree to report the unsafe conduct or condition to an Vinci STEAM Educations. staff as soon as safely possible. 

  12. Email addresses provided by Students, Parents, and Customers will be used for communications only and will not be disclosed to any third party. 

  13. I hereby consent to the participation in interviews, the use of quotes, and the taking of photographs, movies, or videotapes of the student. I also grant to the right to edit, use, and reuse said products for nonprofit purposes including use in print, on the internet, and all other forms of media. 

  14. If the student, parent’s or other family member’s behavior, communications, or interactions in or outside Vinci STEAM Educations. (including during Vinci STEAM Educations. sponsored events) is disruptive, intimidating, or overly aggressive, or reflects a loss of confidence or serious disagreement with the Vinci STEAM Educations’s policies (including but not limited Facility Usage Rule, Students Rule, Parents Regulation, and Liability and Responsibility Agreement, Terms & Conditions, etc.), methods of instruction, or discipline, or otherwise seriously interfere with Vinci STEAM Educations’ safety procedures, responsibilities, or accomplishment of its educational purpose or program, the Vinci STEAM Educations. reserves the right to dismiss the student, parents, or family members from Vinci STEAM Educations. There will be no refund of fees where such enforced withdrawal occurs, and any unpaid balance is payable in full according to the terms and conditions herein. If, for any reason, it is in the best interest of the Vinci STEAM Educations.

  15. I have read and agree to follow THE FACILITY USAGE RULES, STUDENT RULES, PARENT REGULATIONS, COVID-19 DISINFECTION & PROTECTION PROTOCOLS, LIABILITY, AND RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENTS, AND TERMS & CONDITIONS. (See Above)

Vinci STEAM Educations AND VINCI ROBOTICS ACADEMY PRIVACY POLICY

 

At Vinci STEAM Educations, our highest priority is the privacy and security of your personal information. This privacy policy describes the information we collect and how we use it. By accessing any portion of the www.vincisteamedu.com website, including subdomains, public-facing, and personalized content (collectively, the "Site"), you consent to our privacy policy.

You can visit the Site without telling us whom you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. If you visit our Site, we may track your visit for trends and statistics, but you will remain anonymous unless you tell us who you are. Once you choose to give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us.

Information collected by the Site

Our websites may use cookies and collect IP access logs (an IP address is a number that can uniquely identify a specific computer or device on the internet). We use analysis software to look at IP addresses and cookies for the purpose of enhancing your experience and improving our services.

Website Tracking Metrics

We use third-party tracking-utility partners to gather information automatically, including internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This information does not identify users, and we store it in log files. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Site and gather demographic information about our user base.

Information you give us

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily submit the information to us. When you access the Services, the Site's registration process will require you to provide certain information. Additionally, registrations converted from online, or in-person classes may have additional information collected during those classes. Certain services such as online lessons and on-site lessons require contact information such as email, telephone, and personal information (e.g., name, address, age, school) information. We do not store payment information on this site.

Use of Personal Data

We use Personal Data to perform the Vinci Services for which such data was collected. For example, if you sign up for an email newsletter, we will send the email newsletter to the address you provide us. We may use Personal Data for several purposes including the following:

  • To create and maintain your account.

  • For administration purposes. We may contact you for reasons related to the Vinci Service you have registered (e.g., password reminders, service notifications, etc.).

  • To contact you about a submission you have made to the Sites, including to respond to comments about any content you have posted.

  • To issue invoices, administer accounts, collect, and process payments.

  • To send you e-mails, e-newsletters, personalized offers, surveys via direct messaging, or other communications about our products and services.

  • To send you information about our products and services and other information and materials that may be of interest to you if you opt-in or otherwise request such information

On rare occasions, we may be required to disclose specific information upon governmental request,

In response to a court order, when required by law, to enforce our website policies, or to protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

If we undertake a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, all Personal Data will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via email of any such change in ownership or control of Personal Data.

Personal Data and Third-Parties

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we use it responsibly. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose Personal Data to third parties for promotional purposes. We employ or partner with other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include processing credit card payments, shipping, web analytics, surveys, and providing marketing assistance. These agents/service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes. We may sell non-personally identifiable information about our users generally. We also release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or protect the safety of Vinci and our members.

The Site contains links to other sites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy policy applies only to information collected by the Site.

Security

We use industry-standard methods to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. Among other techniques, we store such information on a computer behind our "firewall" in a secure location, and we restrict the number of employees internally who can access such data.

We do not encrypt data in our database, but we do encode data in many cases. Databases are secured via strict firewalling and are only accessible by trusted internal systems. We internally use SSL exclusively wherever possible, either via SSH or HTTPS, so all data transmission is encrypted. Regardless of these efforts, no data transmission over the Internet or computer storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We do not store your credit card information. All credit card information you supply online is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology our PCI-Compliant provider.

Change to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, and at our sole discretion. We will provide prominent notice to users by posting an updated privacy policy on our support page. Please review this site to be informed of any material changes to the privacy policy. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page will be updated after changes occur to the privacy policy.

Photo Release

Student photos from classes may appear on the website, via the bulletin board, and/or a newsletter. vincirobotics.org does not associate names with images without additional consent from the students' parents. If parents don't agree to release the student's image, please contact us immediately to address it.

Notice to Parents: Children Under Age 13

We require students under the age of 13 have their accounts created by a parent, legal guardian, or educator. As account holders, your email address will be stored on the server for password recovery and login purposes. In accordance with the privacy policy above, we do not sell or lease Personal Data to third parties.

If you are an Educator and you register an account for a student who is under the age of 13 (a "Child"), you represent and warrant that you or the educational organization you work for has proper permission to register the Child for educational services, such as vincirobotics.org, that collects some of the Child's personal information for the use and benefit of the school and for no other commercial purpose. In addition, you agree to be bound by our Terms on behalf of the educational organization you work for.

Note that users cannot interact with each other in real-time. All user interactions are limited to publicly viewable projects on our showcase, as well as their user ids which may appear next to submissions.

If vincirobotics.org learns that it has inadvertently collected Personal Data from children under the age of 13 without prior parental consent, vincirobotics.org will take appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or legal guardian you can ask us to deactivate your child’s account, delete any hashed email address or inadvertently collect Personal Data, and request that we no longer allow your child to submit their information to vincirobotics.org. To make such a request, please email Contact@vincirobotics.org. Before processing your request, we may verify your identity and your relationship with the child.

All user-provided data (personal information, payment info, tracking info) is collected and managed by our website host vendor wix.com. wix.com is using strong, high-security, over-industry-standard technologies to ensure user information in a safe and efficient transmission and storage environment. 

wix.com only provides the web hosting service to Vinci. Vinci is not associated or related to wix.com other than using wix.com's web hosting services. Vinci is not sharing customers' information with wix.com, and wix.com has no right to copy and use the data collected by Vinci.
