In-Person Coaching: To maintain the quality and integrity of our coaching, all sessions are conducted in-person within our dedicated classroom settings. This allows for a more interactive and hands-on learning experience.
Minimum Booking: Sessions can be booked for a minimum duration of 2 hours, ensuring ample time for in-depth exploration of topics and hands-on practice.
Expert Coaches: Our coaches are experts in their respective fields, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to provide you with the best possible guidance.
Flexibility: Whether you're looking to improve specific skills or require comprehensive guidance, our program offers the flexibility to book sessions according to your schedule and needs.

Please Note:
All coaching sessions must be conducted in our classroom. We do not offer online sessions or the option to conduct sessions outside of our designated premises.
Advance booking is required to ensure coach availability and prepare personalized materials tailored to your learning goals.

1-1 Personalized Coaching Program

  • Booking Policy:

    Minimum Duration: All sessions must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours to ensure comprehensive coverage of the subject matter and personalized attention.

    Location: Sessions will take place exclusively in Vinci's classrooms. We do not offer online sessions or allow for sessions to be conducted at external locations to maintain the quality of our personalized coaching.

    Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled at least 3 hours in advance to allow adequate preparation time for our coaches. This ensures that we can provide a tailored learning experience that meets your specific needs.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Free Cancellation: You can cancel your session for free up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time. This allows us flexibility to manage our coaches' schedules and offer the slot to other students.

    Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel less than 3 hours before your session, a late cancellation fee will apply. This fee compensates for the short notice and the potential loss of opportunity to allocate the time slot to another student.

    Refund Policy:

    Full Refund: Cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, minus a 3% processing fee if paid by Stripe or PayPal.

    Before Class Starts: 100% refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your first class, minus a 3% processing fee if paid by Stripe or PayPal.

    After Class Starts: For cancellations after your class has begun, a 35% refund of the pro-rated amount for the remaining classes will be issued, minus a $50 processing fee and excluding any discounts on the classes' fee.

    Expiration Date: Please check the lab to fully understand the expiration date before purchase. There will be no refunds after the fourth class.

    Processing Fees: A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations, in addition to any Stripe or PayPal fees, where applicable.
