Robotics Starter: An Adventure in Building and Discovery Dates: 12/9/2024, 12/16/2024, 12/23/2024, 12/30/2024 Time: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM Location: Burlington Classroom # Grades: G1-3 Course Overview: Step into the world of robotics with our Robotics Starter Course: An Adventure in Building and Discovery. Designed for young learners, this 4-session program introduces students to robotics through hands-on activities and simple coding challenges. No experience needed—just a curious mind and a love for learning! Course Highlights: • Interactive Learning: Build simple robots using VEX IQ parts and learn about how they work. • Introduction to Coding: Explore block-based coding through fun and engaging exercises. • Problem-Solving Fun: Participate in games and activities that spark creativity and teamwork. • Hands-On Projects: Bring ideas to life with small robot-building projects. Course Goals: • Develop foundational robotics and basic coding skills. • Foster creativity and teamwork through engaging challenges. • Build confidence in problem-solving and technical exploration.
