About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Curriculum and Instruction Supervisor to lead and shape the future of our robotics and STEAM education curriculum. This position requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, robotics, and hands-on education principles. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for robotics competitions, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse teaching team. You will work closely with technical experts, educators, and external partners to ensure our curriculum remains cutting-edge and practice-oriented.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design and optimization of the curriculum system, ensuring content encompasses robotics, core AI innovation, and hands-on practice principles.
Lead the teaching team to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and maintain high-quality teaching standards.
Develop and monitor teaching plans to stay aligned with the latest advancements in robotics, and related technologies.
Organize and lead teacher training programs to enhance the team’s professional skills and expertise.
Actively participate in curriculum development, with a focus on practice-oriented and competition-based modules, such as robotics competitions.
Foster an entrepreneurial and innovative culture within the teaching team to drive continuous improvement and curriculum innovation.
Collaborate closely with technical experts, teachers, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the curriculum evolves in line with technological trends and educational best practices.
Ensure strong communication across teams to promote collaboration and the seamless execution of curriculum plans.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics,Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Ph.D. is preferred.
Extensive experience in curriculum design and teaching management, particularly in robotics, programming, or STEAM education.
Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of robotics, and practice-oriented education.
Experience with robotics competitions or similar event-based, practice-driven learning initiatives.
Proven ability to lead and manage teaching teams, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and high-quality instruction.
Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of educational trends, and the ability to adapt and innovate the curriculum to keep pace with advancements in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in leading educational initiatives that incorporate robotics competitions or similar experiential learning programs.
Strong understanding of hands-on practice education models, particularly within STEAM fields.
Prior experience in an entrepreneurial or startup environment is a plus.
Strong coordination, organization, and communication skills, essential for managing multidisciplinary projects and teams effectively.
